Hand Care Favourites
Hand Care favourites for beautiful and healthy looking hands include a little extra care during the colder months through Autumn & Winter. They often get neglected and go through so much so they deserve a little TLC.
Some people suffer from Eczema or extra dry hands whom require prescribed lotions/creams. For those who have mild-dry hands, this might be something for you and can also work for everyone. We have dead skin all over our body and its good to exfoliate or use a scrub.
These products are some of my favourites and I like to use the Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Hand Recovery 3-4 times a week. This one is a regular hand scrub that has milder ingredients and are meant for normal dry skin. I rub a pea size amount onto dry hands and massage it into my skin for 2 minutes and then rinse in warm water. While rinsing, you will feel your hands are greasy but this is just the natural oils working into the skin. After drying, I follow up with the Gardeners Ultra Moisturising hand therapy cream. This cream leaves the hands soft, moisturised and not greasy. The texture is not too thick and gives just enough moisture for healthy and glowing looking hands. I use this hand cream on a daily basis, especially during work. It has a fresh scent and isn't too over powering.
I've kept up with this routine for about two months now and I love it. I've seen a big difference in my hands. Brighter and healthier looking skin and I'm glad I've brought this into my daily routine.
I like to change the nail colour every once in awhile, so for todays post I've chosen Pomegranate for the Autumn/Winter season. You can choose whichever colour you prefer.
If you have any suggestions or tips for hand care, I would love to hear about it so leave me a comment down below.
